Sándor Borbély

Sándor BORBÉLY is the Head of International Project Office of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Győr-Moson-Sopron Greater Country. He has extensive experience across various fields of both the business and nonprofit sectors. He has worked as a Business Unit Manager, Marketing Manager, Key Account Manager, and Division Head in several markets—both as an employee and as the head of his own company. He is well-versed in procurement, sales, e-commerce, marketing, branding, and business management. For more than ten years, he has successfully applied his business-sector experience in the field of enterprise development—as a project developer, manager, mentor, and trainer for EU-funded business and economic development projects. He holds a degree in General Agricultural Engineering, complemented by postgraduate qualifications in consultancy, marketing and advertising management, and sales and e-commerce technology. He has also participated in numerous trainings and courses ranging from growth management to intellectual property protection. He is a committed advocate of effective cooperation and networking, and considers supporting micro-enterprises one of his key missions. …furthermore, as an active member of a civil organization, he contributes to promoting the nearby wine region.

Charitini Maria Skoulidi

Charitini-Maria Skoulidi is the CEO and Head of the International Department at p-consulting, a digital and consulting company based in Patras, Greece. She has over twenty years of professional experience in EU project management, strategic development, and vocational education and training. She has coordinated and implemented more than sixty European projects focused on digital transformation, social inclusion, entrepreneurship, and innovative learning. Ms. Skoulidi also serves as EU Project Manager and Researcher at EMVIO, a non-profit organization active in social solidarity, culture, and public health, and as Strategy and Development Advisor at Koi.S.P.E. “FAROS”, supporting social enterprises for people with disabilities. She holds an MSc in Tourism Business Administration, with a specialization in accessibility for people with disabilities, and a BSc in International and European Economic Studies from the Athens University of Economics and Business. She is a certified adult educator and an advocate for inclusive education, accessible digital innovation, and sustainable European cooperation.

Soha Lemaître-El Jammal

Soha Lemaitre-El Jammal is the Head of the Social Transition Unit at Pistes Solidaires. With over a decade of experience in European projects, eight of those years at Pistes Solidaires, she developed expertise in project coordination, partnership building, and community engagement. Soha holds a Master’s in European Project Management from Cergy-Pontoise University and completed her internship at the Salto EuroMed Resource Centers within the French National Agency of the Erasmus+ Program in Paris. Over the past five years, she has coordinated and contributed to numerous European initiatives, designing and facilitating local workshops that engage diverse groups, including youth, educators, migrants, and the elderly, while fostering strong collaborations with local institutions. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Soha enjoy working in multicultural settings, using her linguistic skills to bridge communities and enhance cross-cultural communication across European projects. Her work reflects a commitment to education, social innovation, and inclusive engagement.

Sabine Roehrig-Mahhou

Sabine Röhrig-Mahhou is Managing Director and founding member of Wisamar Bildungsgesellschaft, as well as a cultural scientist and journalist (M.A.). She has more than 25 years of experience in European educational project work and has initiated, managed, and coordinated numerous — partly award-winning — international projects. As an accredited Counselor for Vocational Education and Training for the German National Agency, she shares her expertise in a wide range of training activities. Her professional background includes serving as an expert in the European Commission’s campaigns Youth on the Move and We Mean Business. She leads the regional mobility consultancy desk “Mobility Consultancy on the Spot” (German National Agency) and oversees outgoing mobility projects for the Federal School Authorities of Saxony. Sabine’s fields of expertise include storytelling in education, European values and active European citizenship, EU mobility, and sustainable project management. She regularly delivers training on democracy education and European values, as well as on effective and sustainable EU project management. With her extensive experience, she supports institutions and professionals in designing high-quality learning opportunities and implementing impactful international projects.

Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Győr-Moson-Sopron Greater Country

The Chamber supports regional economic growth by providing a wide range of business and innovation services to companies in industrial, commercial, service, and craft sectors. It organizes workshops, trainings, professional and B2B meetings, and is a key component of the national business support ecosystem. GYMSM KIK cooperates closely with regional SME support organizations, local authorities, vocational institutions, universities, and innovation ecosystem actors. As a regional representative, it plays a central role in Dual Vocational Training, connecting vocational schools and training centers with companies offering practical placements. As an interest representation body, the Chamber advocates for the business community, participates in regulatory and pre-legislative reviews, and reaches over 15,000 businesses through its communication channels, providing an effective platform for surveys, research, and feedback collection. GYMSM KIK actively engages in international cooperation, partnering with foreign chambers and SME organizations, and participates in numerous EU-funded projects. A member of international networks such as ICC, DCCA, and Enterprise Europe Network since 2008, the Chamber’s Department of Innovation and International Projects focuses on business development, cross-border advisory, innovation, technology adoption, sustainability, and EU funding opportunities. With extensive experience supporting SMEs through initiatives, training, and advisory services, the Chamber is a valuable partner in entrepreneurship, dual vocational training, innovation, digitalization, ESG compliance, and economic development.

p-consulting.gr is an IT and research company in Patras, Greece, active since 2012. It develops digital tools, carries out applied research, and implements EU and national projects that strengthen education, skills, and social inclusion. AI is central to its work, shaping the design of its digital tools and learning solutions. The company includes three departments: IT Development, International Projects, and National Projects.
Its IT team creates e-learning platforms, digital games, diagnostic tools, AI-based applications, and accessible web and mobile solutions, integrating machine learning and automation to deliver adaptive and user-centred results (WCAG 2.0 compliant). The international team manages projects on digital transformation, sustainability, VET, adult learning, vulnerable groups, and social innovation, while the national team supports entrepreneurship and tech adoption.
The company has implemented over 65 EU projects and 250 national initiatives with more than 300 partners, earning multiple Erasmus+ awards. It builds inclusive digital environments supported by AI and contributes to projects improving digital inclusion and employability for people with intellectual disabilities. Pistes Solidaires

Founded in 2002 in Pau, France, Pistes-Solidaires is a non-profit organization promoting non-formal education, international cooperation, and sustainable social innovation. Its mission is to connect local communities with global challenges, inequality, diversity, and environmental change, through education and youth engagement.

The association focuses on three main areas:

  1. Youth and Student Mobility:Supporting young people in programs like Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps, helping them gain skills, confidence, and intercultural experience.
  2. Social and Educational Innovation :Developing inclusive projects on youth empowerment, sustainability, digital education, and migrant inclusion, including innovative digital tools and virtual experiences.
  3. European Citizenship:Promoting EU knowledge and civic engagement through workshops, debates, and campaigns.

Guided by solidarity, participation, and sustainability, Pistes-Solidaires empowers individuals and communities to learn, act, and build a more inclusive and sustainable future.

Wisamar Bildungsgesellschaft gemeinnuetzige GmbH

Wisamar Bildungsgesellschaft gemeinnützige GmbH is an accredited, non-profit educational institution dedicated to promoting education, international understanding, and European values. Our mission is to contribute to a strong European Education Area by supporting high-quality and inclusive learning opportunities. We work mainly in vocational (further) training and adult education and are accredited by TÜV according to AZAV, as well as by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees as an Integration Course Provider.

Our work focuses on three core fields:
Education and training: As a training company in initial VET and member of the Leipzig Chamber of Industry and Commerce examination board, we support professional development through workshops, seminars, and EU mobility for learners and staff. Our portfolio includes intercultural learning, VR in education, storytelling, and internationalisation. In 2023 we received the Saxony Award for Innovation in Continuing Education. Integration: We provide certified language and integration courses supporting linguistic, social, and labour-market integration. European projects: With extensive experience in Erasmus+ and other EU programmes, we coordinate and partner in diverse projects and act as a regional counselling body for mobility, sending hundreds of learners and teachers abroad each year and fostering cooperation at regional and European levels.
